Delivery & Returns

**** Please note that the Chief Badgemaker is on a short break from Thursday 2nd September so orders made between 2nd - 6th September will not be processed until Tuesday 7th September - please bear this in mind before you order. She will get busy with your order as soon as she returns! ****

Standard delivery via Royal Mail within the UK and Ireland is free of charge on every order of more than 3 badges. There is a £1 charge to cover postage and packaging for orders of less than 3 badges. We offer other delivery methods such as next day delivery that will allow you to get your badges sooner too - orders will be dispatched the following day if this is the opted method of postage for the UK only. Please get in touch for alternative delivery prices for Ireland e.g. Airsure and to arrange a faster delivery time.

We aim to get all orders dispatched within 2-7 working days of order, subject to size of your order, stock levels, holidays and any other issues outside of our control. Where we cannot dispatch your order within the timescale specified, we will contact you and give you the option to wait or cancel, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Please get in touch if you want delivery outside of the UK we will help you out. Delivery can take between takes around 1-7 business days in the UK. Ireland and the rest of world varies depending on location.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 1 hour of placing it as after that your badges may have already gone into production.

We only accept returns if your badges are damaged or incorrect. If you need to return any badges to us please contact us for a return code and details of where / how to send them. If there is a problem / error on our part we will replace the badges or issue a refund at our discretion and after confirming the appropriate action with you before hand. We will replace any badges that have been lost in the post, but just so you are aware we will be unable to refund them. 

If you need to contact us with any issues or request a replacement / inform us of any errors then you must do so within 7 days of getting your badges. After this time period any actions will be at our discretion.
